What is the effect of a good or a bad DSL splitter at the CO or CPE side?
Under the gise of an old Chinese proverb:

Below is an example of the effects of a bad splitter. The impact using an inferior splitter results in an immediate effect on the image quality and hence the Quality of Experience (QoE) for the end customer.
